FAQ’s

  • 1. What is the origin of your teak lumber?

Our teak lumber is sourced from sustainable plantations in Ecuador, where responsible forestry practices are prioritized. The plantations are managed with a focus on environmental preservation, ensuring that the trees are harvested in a way that supports long-term ecological health. We adhere to strict guidelines to minimize deforestation and promote biodiversity, ensuring that each step of the process, from planting to harvesting, is done with sustainability in mind. By choosing our teak, you're supporting both a high-quality, durable product and environmentally conscious practices that help protect the future of our forests.

  • 2. How is the lumber packaged for shipping?

When shipping by container, the lumber is secured within the container to prevent shifting during transport. The containers are also ventilated to allow proper air circulation, which helps to maintain the quality of the wood during its journey, especially on long trips by sea. This careful packaging ensures that our teak remains in excellent condition from the plantation to its final destination.
